To improve the wellbeing of all people
in Minnesota through the support and promotion of physical
awareness of the existence and consequences of the physical
inactivity epidemic in Minnesota while also serving as a catalyst
for change through information sharing, public advocacy and the
provision of individual, organizational and community
supports. A significant result of our efforts will be to
create healthy physical and social environments supportive of
physical activity and related behaviors that ultimately improve the
health and wellbeing of all people in Minnesota.

who engage regularly, preferably daily, in moderate physical
activity for at least 30 minutes per day.
